i'm curious to know if anyone has noticed different behavior from their dub family and friends since the aug. km about disfellowshipped ones.
i've noticed that my mother is no longer emailing me, nor is she responding to my emails.
i really wish that she would just come out directly and state that she will no longer talk to me instead of just ignoring everything, thinking i will go away.

then i heard that jehovah helped them and now they are recognized as a religion and they can sing & have prayers in meetings.

Thank you all for the information. I'm going to see if there are any 'Spanish' goverment journals that I can borrow through the university that I attend. We can usually request interlibrary loans. I'm thinking that Harvard, Yale and/or Standford should have some info. Most Mexican presidents are graduates from US Elite Universities like the three mentioned above.
It doesn'y surprise me 'the bribery. I know a local Mexican brother from the spanish congregation who works under the table, lives in goverment subsidized housing (for $50.00 US per month verus 550.00) & his conscience doesn't bother him.

In a post about > or < 2 weeks I read a little comment saying that the WTS didnot register with the Mexican government as a 'religion'. THe WTS claimed that it was 'oposition from satan' that they couldn't pray or sing.
Does anyone have any information on this? Please direct me to the right place.

Heaven, my daughter has asked the same question and I don't know what to say. She says, "I want god to listen to me & respond to my prayers but I've never heard his until now." I agree with you Heaven those questions are SOO hard.
